Flex

It is important to choose a flex that suits you. Flex refers to the stiffness of the shaft and affects how much the stick bends. In our guide you will find everything you need to choose the right flex for you.

Men: 23–27 depending on individual strength and playing style.
Women: Women usually prefer a flex between 28–30.
Junior: A recommended flex is between 27–32.
Children: For younger children, a higher flex between 32–36 is recommended.

Length

In our guide you will find all the information you need to determine which stick length suits you.

A rule of thumb is that the stick should reach about 5–10 cm above the navel. Note that the length stated on our website refers to the shaft length without the blade. With a blade mounted, the total length increases by approximately 10–12 cm.

Grip side

If the stick is to your left and you have your right hand at the top of the stick, you are a left-handed player. This is the most common grip and can be compared to being right-handed.

If the stick is to your right and you have your left hand at the top of the stick, you are a right-handed player. This is a slightly less common grip.
