It is important to choose a flex that suits you. Flex refers to the stiffness of the shaft and affects how much the stick bends. In our guide you will find everything you need to choose the right flex for you.
Men: 23–27 depending on individual strength and playing style.
Women: Women usually prefer a flex between 28–30.
Junior: A recommended flex is between 27–32.
Children: For younger children, a higher flex between 32–36 is recommended.

A rule of thumb is that the stick should reach about 5–10 cm above the navel. Note that the length stated on our website refers to the shaft length without the blade. With a blade mounted, the total length increases by approximately 10–12 cm.

If the stick is to your left and you have your right hand at the top of the stick, you are a left-handed player. This is the most common grip and can be compared to being right-handed.
If the stick is to your right and you have your left hand at the top of the stick, you are a right-handed player. This is a slightly less common grip.

ResetQuick Light HES och Fusion Light/XLight är byggda för barn och juniorer. Quick Light har ett mjukare, lättare skaft som gör klubban enklare att hantera för yngre spelare, medan Fusion-serien finns i fler storlekar (från 55 cm) och kommer med ett färdigt hookat Block Jr.-blad som ger bättre bollkontroll direkt från start.
HST (High Speed Technology") är en kolfiberteknologi som ger snabbare skaftreaktion och används i Oxdogs mest prestandainriktade serier, som Extremefast och Extremepower.
HES (High Energy Shaft) är en unikt utformad skaftteknologi som istället används i de lättare och mer responsiva serierna, som Ultimatelight och Ultralight. Båda är alltså Oxdog-specifika skaftteknologier, men riktade mot något olika spelstilar, hastighet och kraft kontra lätthet och respons.

Nej, inte i seriespel. Din klubba måste ha blad och skaft av samma varumärke enligt Internationella Innebandyförbundets regelhandbok (406:2), annars riskerar du ett tekniskt matchstraff om lagkaptenen begär kontroll. Utanför seriespel går det att kombinera märken.
