It is important to choose a flex that suits you. Flex refers to the stiffness of the shaft and affects how much the stick bends.

- Men: 23–27 depending on individual strength and playing style.
- Women: Women usually prefer a flex between 28–30.
- Junior: A flex between 27–32 is recommended.
- Children: For younger children, a higher flex between 32–36 is recommended.

Length
In our guide, you will find all the information you need to determine which floorball stick length suits you.
A rule of thumb is that the stick should extend approximately 5–10 cm above the navel. It is important to note that the length shown on our website refers to the total shaft length without the blade. With a blade mounted on the stick, the total length increases by approximately 10–12 cm.

Grip Side
If the stick is to your left and you have your right hand at the top of the stick, then you are a left player. This is the most common grip and can be compared to being right-handed.
If the stick is to your right and you have your left hand at the top of the stick, then you are a right player. This is a slightly less common grip.
